The purchased service (package program-daily tour-activity-transfer etc.) is valid only for the dates of service purchase.
Date changes can be made for the purchased service according to current conditions.
In cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time of daily tours and activities (excluding hot air balloon), a 100% refund will be made.
In cancellations made up to 14 days before package programs (flight-accommodation-tour-transfer-activity, etc.), if ticketing and hotel payment have been made, the entire amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 14 days.
In cancellations made up to 7 days before package programs (accommodation-tour-transfer-activity, etc.), if the hotel payment has been made, the entire amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 7 days.
The fees for canceled reservations will be refunded within 15 business days according to your payment method. Our company cannot be held responsible for the process of transferring to your account according to banking procedures.
Our company cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure such as natural or other disasters, weather conditions; closure of airports, rescheduling or cancellation of flights, change of airline or aircraft type by the airline and technical problems related to transportation. In such cases, our company has the right to terminate the agreement.
